01Delete your account in the app

1. Open Cutlify and tap Settings (top right of the home screen).
2. Tap your account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. The deletion happens right away, and the app returns to its first screen.

If you can no longer sign in, email us a deletion request from the email linked to your account where possible, and say whether you signed in with Apple or Google. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

02Before you delete

• Save any videos you want to keep to Photos or Files. Deleting the account also deletes its projects on that iPhone.
• If you have a subscription, cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions (Apple’s instructions). Deleting your account does not stop Apple billing.

03What is deleted

• Your Cutlify sign-in account.
• Your uploaded audio, transcripts, and AI results.
• Your saved project versions, AI jobs, plan and usage records on our servers.
• Your account’s projects on the iPhone where you delete it.

04What stays

• Your own copies: videos in Photos or Files, exports you shared, and device backups. Your original videos in Photos are never touched.
• Usage analytics: app-usage events and crash reports stay under an account identifier that no longer belongs to anyone. They never contain your email, videos, audio, transcripts or text. See the Privacy Policy.
• Backups: provider backups expire on their normal schedules.
• Legal records: limited records where the law requires them, with access restricted.
• Apple and Google: your Apple or Google account, and the purchase records Apple keeps.
